Provides first-level technical support, monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and fault resolution for OTT platforms including Astro Go and Sooka. Manages live events, promotions, app configurations, content performance, tickets, escalations, reports, inventory, documentation, system upgrades, vendor coordination, and project implementation. The role also supports application optimization and internal custom system development while working 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Java, AWS, MySQL, and DynamoDB. Build responsive frontend components, secure RESTful APIs, cloud-native services, and CI/CD deployments. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and collaboration with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams. Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.

Supports partnership and trade marketing activities, including campaign coordination, trade communications, performance tracking, retailer master data maintenance, reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks. The intern collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and corporate teams while gaining exposure to partnership management, retail activation, campaign execution, and stakeholder management.
