Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in various software systems and databases with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies and correct discrepancies as needed.
- Organize and manage files for easy retrieval and efficient data processing.
- Handle sensitive information in compliance with privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
- Assist in generating reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
- Perform routine data quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Communicate with other departments or teams to clarify or update information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
