What this job involves:
Join JLL’s Work Dynamics Research team in Singapore to support industry trends research impacting workplace strategies and commercial real estate across APAC. This role is ideal for someone with strong secondary research skills and an interest in macroeconomics.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct secondary research on industry trends and macroeconomic factors shaping the APAC workplace and real estate sectors
Collect, analyze, and summarize data from industry reports, market studies, and public sources
Track market developments, emerging trends, and commercial opportunities
Support the creation of research briefs, presentations, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders
Assist in benchmarking and special projects aligned with business and global research priorities
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, Urban Studies, or related fields
Strong secondary research and analytical skills
Interest or basic understanding of macroeconomic trends and their business impact
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Clear written communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and proactive attitude
