About the Role

As a Product Planning & Strategy Intern, you will be working closely with the Product team on day-to-day operations and real-life projects.

 

What You Will Do

  • Project 1: How analysis helps business to grow 
    1) Analysis on market landscape 
    (GfK, Futuresource, Power BI and etc) 
    2) Price Tracker for Selected Countries. 
    3) Macro/Micro Study of the APAC region
    4) Keep in touch with the latest competitor trend. 
    5) Undertake competitive analysis to evaluate the attractiveness of our offerings and provide recommendations of competitive responses where applicable

  • Project 2: Be a part of a Product Planning & Strategy Process
    1) Participate in the elaboration of the marketing plan: positioning, key selling points, communication plan/timeline and key performance indicators
    2) Bringing new perspective of how to elevate the assigned category  to another level. 
    3) Competitor analysis + SWOT analysis

  • Project 3: Understanding the thoughts of being a Product Manager
    1) Support and Shadow the Product Team for Tracking Related matters
    2) Creating unbox-ing and how to use videos
    3) Exposed to the latest innnovation from Harman/JBL and provide feedback via Product Testing
    4) Simplifying processes whenever applicable

 

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Passionate about streaming and/or consumer tech
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive work ethics; you'll go the extra mile to get the results you want.
  • Flexibility; able to see the value of assigned tasks and able to adapt to unfamiliar & ambiguous situations.
  • Enjoy working in fast paced environment.
  • Strong people person

 

Bonus Points if You Have 

  • 2nd year or Final year student in a relevant Polytechnic course
