Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support product managers in defining roadmaps and conducting app UAT testing.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to user behavior and product performance.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and KPIs.
- Assist in A/B testing and analyze results to guide product improvements.
- Assist in data analysis efforts to uncover insights and trends.
- Use data to uncover opportunities for app improvement and optimization.
- Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular reports on app performance and user behavior to stakeholders.
- Work closely with customer support and user research teams to understand user pain points and preferences.
- Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing the app.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities for feature optimization.
- Collaborate with UX teams to incorporate user feedback into product enhancements.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- Familiar with data visualization tools like Microsoft Fabric or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Good verbal and written communication skills to convey findings clearly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of mobile app development and user experience principles is a plus, but not mandatory.
