Description:
- The Probe Automation Internship Program is developed to provide students with hands-on training and practical experience in handling Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) operations within wafer fabrication environments.
Project Scope:
- Support the automation team by working closely with shift operations to maintain AGV systems, smart racks, and RFID loadports.
- Participate in AGV battery replacement activities, charger management, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Perform investigation and troubleshooting for issues related to AGV, smart racks, and RFID loadports systems.
- Collaborate with automation engineers to enhance system performance, including reducing alarm occurrences, improving loading/unloading success rates, improving machine availability, and optimizing routes/zones.
Deliverable:
- Develop and document Best Known Methods (BKM) for troubleshooting AGV, smart rack, and RFID load port issues.
- Propose and implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance system performance and reliability.
