Eager to craft social posts, develop strategic messaging, and elevate brands? This internship could be for you! You'll be our eyes and ears on the social landscape, tracking emerging trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve. Dive deep into analytics, managing and reporting on organic and paid social media performance to see what's truly resonating. You'll flex your content creation muscles by drafting engaging social copy, developing multimedia assets, and supporting the amplification of events and product launches. We're looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Communications whiz with an undeniable, almost obsessive passion for social media, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple projects. What You’ll Do- Keep a pulse on emerging social media trends/formats, viral content, and platform updates. Identify opportunities to leverage on these trends for our clients.
- Manage and develop weekly status reports and monthly performance reports by analysing organic and paid social media performance.
- Assist in crafting social media briefs, liaising with the cross-functional teams, and managing social content development from conceptualization to production.
- Assist in community and contest management, including liaison with contest winners and arrangement of prize delivery.
- Identify suitable influencers and partnerships for campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research to support the Social@Ogilvy team.
- Applicants with mass communications background (Social Media Marketing, PR, Branding, Digital, and Event Management).
- Demonstrated passion for and understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail/follow through.
- Self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision but at the same time is a team-player.
- Preferably able to commit 6-months internship engagement.
