What you will do:
As an intern, you will support office administration, facility operations, and internal event coordination to ensure smooth daily operations and successful execution of company activities.
How you will do it:
1. Event Coordination & Support
Assist in coordinating trainings, workshops, town halls, and employee engagement activities
Support logistics including venue setup, catering, training materials preparation, and attendance tracking
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
Support annual event planning and execution (e.g., company celebrations, staff engagement activities)
2. Office & Facilities Administration
Support daily office operations including pantry supplies, stationery, and meeting room readiness
Assist with facilities coordination (cleaning, maintenance, contractor works, building management liaison)
Provide on-site support for office projects (e.g., workspace improvements, equipment installations)
3. Workplace & Data Coordination
Support seating arrangement updates and workspace coordination
Maintain and update administrative records (e.g., cabinet ownership, nametag tracking)
4. Operational Support
Assist with new hire onboarding logistics (e.g., orientation sessions, visitor access submissions)
Provide backup support for office manager on administrative tasks
Support procurement-related admin tasks if access is available (e.g., purchase requests, goods receipt)
What we look for:
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
Able to commit full-time for 6 months from 1 July 2026
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
