- Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and basic statistical tools
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward improvement
Key Responsibilities- Support production teams in analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Collect, monitor, and analyze production data to track performance metrics (OEE, yield, downtime, etc.)
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Assist in process optimization and standardization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, and EHS
- Develop and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment
