Job Description

You will be assisting the Raffles City Marketing and Communications (Marcoms) team with their day-to-day activities and projects.  

 

Responsibilities  

  • Assist in the implementation of overall advertising and promotional activities for the Mall to generate traffic and revenue  

  • Assist in conceptualizing and executing various digital and in mall campaigns, as well as creation of simple artwork etc.  

  • Gather shoppers' and tenants’ feedback about the Mall and our services  

  • Build relations with tenants and garner their participation in the mall's activities  

  • Evaluate the results of Marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis  

  • Perform market research on the retail industry, trends in events, and campaigns etc. 

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 

  • Positive attitude to pick up new skills 

  • Able to multi-task and deliver given task within timeline 

  • Good analytical skills
