Job Description

You will assist the team in organising quarterly Sustainability Roadshows, monthly Brown Bags, as well as quarterly video creations and organising internal stakeholder engagement activities. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Design and develop content, programs, collaterals, communications, and processes for/with each group of stakeholders to bring the sustainability strategy to life, deepen stakeholder relationships and trust, and generate positive behavioral changes and innovative thinking  

  • Assist in keeping sustainability content updated on the corporate website  

  • Research, draft, and compile information for projects, events, and media requests  

  • Work with CapitaLand’s business units and corporate functions to ensure seamless and effective execution of stakeholder programs and activities  

  • Be involved in administrative coordination for projects or events and on-site support  

  • Monitor, review, and report feedback to measure the effectiveness and impact of engagement in meeting the goals of the sustainability strategy  

  • Perform other related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned 

 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  

  • Adept in design tools and applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva

  • Strong verbal and written skills with proficiency in English  

  • Interest in project/event coordination and drafting/editing of write-ups will be a plus  

  • Creative and meticulous
