Project Description: Micron's manufacturing operations are increasingly adopting big data and machine learning to enhance productivity and quality.• This project focuses on developing innovative analytics methods to process large datasets-such as particle mapping, ETO and SPC charts, and WIP conditions-to enable timely and effective machine-level interventions.• Student will gain exposure to industrial data analytics, simulation, and optimization techniques, and will contribute to solving real-world challenges in state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing .• The intern will also have opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional team and learn from industry experts throughout the solution development lifecycle.
Scope: Explore various machine learning and advanced data analytics to transform large-scale manufacturing data-such as particle mapping, ETO/SPC charts, and WIP conditions-into actionable insights for equipment optimization. The goal is to enhance productivity and enable timely machine-level interventions.
Deliverable: Develop an end-to-end data analytics and machine learning solution to optimize equipment performance in manufacturing diffusion by transforming large-scale test and measurement data into actionable insights.
