Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support in the analysis, design, and development of learning and development (L&D) programmes.
  • Assist in the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of L&D initiatives and training programmes.
  • Assist in the development, administration, and deployment of e-learning content through the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Prepare training-related reports, learning analytics, and programme documentation.
  • Coordinate training logistics and provide administrative support for learning activities, workshops, and events.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and participants to ensure the smooth delivery of learning programmes.
  • Provide general support for ad hoc L&D projects and initiatives as required.

Job requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and coordination capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Articulate will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
