Job Responsibilities

  • Daily incident/service request ticket handling via company ticketing system

  • Imaging of laptop/desktop via company standard tools such as SCCM

  • Software installation via company standard tool such as SCCM

  • Perform windows patches via company standard tool such as SCCM

  • Responsible for the installation of computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboard, printers, scanners and other client devices on user's premises

  • Investigate and research solutions for PC hardware and software problems

  • Adhere to attendance guidelines of the job and to departmental and company policies

  • Perform PC hardware and software troubleshooting

  • Handle physical deployment for hardware such as monitor/laptop/desktops/printers/mobile devices

  • Report to team lead on daily ticket updates

  • Any other tasks or works as and when requested & assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.

  • Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements

Experience

  • Experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools

Other Prerequisites

  • Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on weekends and public holidays

  • Good customer service and communication skills

  • Well-presented and professional in appearance, as the role involves guest interaction.
