Project Title:
Semiconductor assembly equipment functional test and automation host development/ system integration test   
Description:
Understanding flux washer semiconductor equipment. Then develop and test manufacturing automation host with consideration of equipment characteristic and business requirements.
Scope:

-          Liaise Micron China team members through mail, zoom call, and Teams chat for the flux washer tool characterization.

-          Run the equipment communication functional test cases.

-          Develop manufacturing automation host script.

Supporting Team:

-          IT team

-          Equipment engineering team

-          Equipment supplier

Deliverables:

-          Equipment communication functional test report

-          Manufacturing Automation host script

Stretch Goal:

-          Understanding about SEMI E5 and E30 standard.

-          Collaborate with equipment supplier for the equipment software bug-fix.

Requirement

-          Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computing & IT
