The Intern, Investor Support will assist with investor relations, data analysis, preparing materials for presentations, and managing investor queries.

We are seeking an Investor Support Analyst Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an undergraduate student to gain hands-on experience in investor relations, corporate communications, and real estate investment.
Key Responsibilities
- As an Investor Relations Intern, you will support the team across a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- Assisting with due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) by compiling, organizing, and verifying company information.
- Performing data analysis and visualization to support investor reporting and presentations.
- Assisting in drafting and editing stakeholder communications, including newsletters, investor updates, and briefing materials.
- Supporting the preparation of investor presentations for meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Conducting market, peer, and investor research to provide insights on trends and best practices.
- Helping to manage and update the company’s investor relations database and CRM tools.
- Assisting in tracking and responding to investor queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitoring real estate industry and capital markets news relevant to the company’s business and investors.
- Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reporting materials.
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects and analysis for the Investor Relations and Capital Raising teams.
- Support internal and external reporting on fund and investor data and capital raising progress.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, ideally in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate or related fields.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in real estate, finance, and investor relations is strongly preferred.
