JOB DESCRIPTION

- Assist in real estate market research.

- Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis.

- Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work
- Basic understanding of financial modelling and proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good (minimum 2nd upper/ Distinction) GPA/CAP

- Preferably background in Finance, Economics, Accounting and Real Estate. Open to other disciplines/ career change
