Job Description
You will be supporting the Southeast Asia Investment team in research, investment, and deal execution.
Responsibilities
Support business development efforts for real estate investment and development opportunities in Southeast Asia
Assist to carry out feasibility studies for investments
Assist to collect market research information and research reports
Perform administrative duties such as coordinating meetings
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Keen interest in investments and research
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
Detail-oriented and meticulous
