We are seeking to hire an intern to support the Nature-based Solutions team in the evaluation of global investment opportunities. This role offers the unique opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic organisation in Singapore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Undertake technical research on nature-based solutions (including forestry, agriculture and blue carbon)
- Assist in monitoring of carbon market trends and maintenance of internal database
- Support the evaluation of nature-based investment opportunities
- Perform technical evaluation of carbon crediting potential
- Assist in project quality review and ESG analysis
- Prepare written analyses, evaluations and presentations for investment opportunities
Experience and Qualifications
- Undergraduate in environmental science, sustainability, business, finance or related disciplines
- Strong interest or experience in topics relating to carbon markets, nature-based solutions, impact or ESG investing
- Analytical problem-solver with attention to details
- Ability to thrive in a start-up and fast-paced environment
Minimum availability: 3 months (6 months preferred)
