We seek to hire interns who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavours. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow a fast-growing and dynamic organisation in Singapore!

Responsibilities

• Perform industry and thematic research across the investment themes such as nature and sustainable agriculture, energy transition, and adaptation & resilience
  • Total addressable market (TAM) and growth potential
  • Competitive landscape and market dynamics
  • Key industry risks and considerations
• Support the evaluation of investment opportunities
• Financial modelling, valuation analyses, and sensitivity and scenario analyses
• Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment theses and prepare investment memoranda, analyses and presentations for senior management, the Investment Committee and the Board
• Assist with portfolio support, including reporting, value creation initiatives and data room management

Requirements

• Undergraduate or recent graduate, preferably pursuing a degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, sustainability or a related discipline
• Prior internship experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field will be viewed favourably
• Strong interest in PE/VC and climate tech investing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Minimum availability: 3 months (6 months preferred)
