Role Overview:
The Intern will be a pivotal member of the Infrastructure Investment team, providing support across various functions including research, financial analysis, and project management. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in infrastructure investments while working closely with experienced professionals in the field. You will develop key skills and gain insight into the investment process and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in research projects to identify potential infrastructure investment opportunities.
- Support the team in financial modeling, including cash flow forecasts and valuation analyses.
- Gather data and conduct market analysis to understand trends and developments relevant to infrastructure sectors.
- Help prepare investment presentations and memos for team discussions.
- Participate in due diligence processes by organizing documentation and summarizing findings.
- Support portfolio management activities including performance monitoring and reporting.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by summarizing relevant industry reports and articles.
Requirements
Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance with a focus on investment analysis, financial modelling, or related coursework.
Experience:
- Previous internship or relevant coursework in finance, investment analysis, or infrastructure is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques is desirable but not required.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
