Intern – Human Resources 

(Based at Bodywear - Rathmalana)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employee Relations: Fostering positive employee relations by assist in addressing concerns, promoting engagement, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

  • Assist with employee onboarding and coordinate company events: Support the onboarding of new employees and actively participate in organizing company events.

  • Training and Development: Assist and support the planning and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and drive professional growth.

  • Recruitment Process: Actively participate in the recruitment process, from assist in sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

  • Payroll Processing: Assist in the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
     

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate in Human Resources Management or Business Management: 

  • A solid academic foundation in these fields, showcasing your expertise and commitment to your career development.

  • Proficiency in English: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication in a professional environment.

  • MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to efficiently use Excel,

  • Word, and PowerPoint for data management, reporting, and presentations.
