Key responsibilities
Support recruitment, onboarding processes and maintain employee records
Help organize and coordinate L&D programs, training sessions, and capability-building initiatives
Support Performance management process
Design engaging learning materials, flyers and communication content using Canva or Photoshop
Assist in HR events, engagement activities and communication campaigns
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR and L&D operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva/Photoshop)
- Creativity and attention to detail in content creation
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
