Support HR team with sourcing, interview coordination, basic data analysis and reporting, new-hire data cleanup, and general HR operations including ad-hoc projects and physical file clearing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sourcing activities
- Assist in arrangement of interviews
- Perform basic data analysis and provide insights and prepare reports using the analyzed data
- Understand HR operations and perform the necessary scope of work to support the various HR units within the department
- Comfortable with multi-tasking including taking on projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Clean up of new hire data
Clearing of department physical boxes with hardcopy data
Job Requirements:
- Keen learner; interest to pursue HR as a long term career and keen to learn more about the profession specifically the role of a HR generalist
- Highly motivated individual with an analytical mindset and keen to challenge the status quo
- Detail-oriented and competent in using Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills and confident disposition to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to commit from May 2026 onwards for a period of six months.
