We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Recruitment: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. Assist in monthly recruitment data and reports for SG and Southeast Asia region.

Assist in hiring of interns, planning and coordinating Internship Engagement Activities.

Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork and preparation are completed.

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information in Workday.

Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.

HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and assisting with implementation in analyse data and creating powerpoint.

Learning and Development: Support the planning, coordination and facilitate of training programs and development initiatives.
Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in human resource

flexible to travel between 2 offices (Nexus and Gul)

Able to take up 6 months full-time internship from Jun to Dec 2025.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
