Job Description

As part of the Early Careers team, you will support the recruitment process for interns and day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment of interns

  • Work closely with schools and businesses on internship matters

  • Be the HR point-of-contact for interns, and assist with queries and internship administration matters

  • Work closely with HR Shared Services to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and transfer processes

  • Assist in special projects when required, such as process improvement initiatives and coordination of business continuity plans

  • Assist in HR data analysis, reporting, and preparation of presentation decks

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource or any other related disciplines

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately

  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
