Job Description
You will assist the Group Talent Management team in the daily operations, as well as participate in the ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day management of the Associate Program, including onboarding, scheduling, communications, and tracking progress
Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops, and training sessions
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program participants and activities
Help manage communications with external partners, including universities and government bodies
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or any other related disciplines
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Independent, able to multitask and detail-oriented
Good spoken and written English
