Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance Business Partner in financial analysis, management reporting, and performance monitoring activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, variance analysis
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, automation, digitalisation and standardisation projects.
  • Prepare project documentation, user guides, training materials and meeting minutes for transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Operations and external consultants on project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc assignments and special projects

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Analysis and Finance Transformation.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for working with data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or automation tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn new systems, technologies and business processes.
  • Knowledge of finance systems such as Oracle or other ERP platforms would be an added advantage.
