Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering user requirements from business users  

  • Support in the analysis of requirements and solutions   

  • Coordinate with service providers on delivery of change requests  

  • Assist in CR requirement documentation, training materials preparation and support users with acceptance testing  

  • Assist in Service Requests and daily operations support, e.g configurations / reports / workflows / interface etc, and incident closure 

  • Briefing users on changes made to Simplicity system  

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned    

Requirements

  • Currently looking to have a full-time intern onboard from preferably between July 2025 to December 2025 (minimum of 20 weeks)

  • Preferred studies in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related disciplines  

  • Familiar with development lifecycle of .NET application system (SDLC, agile/devops etc)  

  • Knowledge of commercial Real estate practices for leasing, tenants' billings and financial accounting   

  • Proficient in handling Business Data  

  • Analytical thinking and meticulous
