Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide support in the engineering analysis of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems
Assist in assessing the technical feasibility of innovative building technologies
Monitor and analyse buildings’ efficiency via the Building Management System
Assist in the day-to-day technical operations support
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Environmental Engineering, or any other Sustainable Building related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately
Strong verbal and written communication skills
