Energy-from-Waste division 

You will be part of our Energy from Waste team that works with both large complex energy projects in the multi-million-dollar scale and also smaller projects e.g., with feasibility studies, due diligence on waste-to-energy, sorting facilities or biogas projects. Our clients include investors, lenders, developers, private and public entities.

The Energy from Waste & Carbon Capture team represent a truly international and dynamic environment and undertake projects worldwide within energy from waste (combustion and other thermal treatment technologies), generation of biogas, waste sorting and resource recovery, carbon capture etc. Our team is recognized as the leading international consultant in this field of business. We provide consulting services out of offices in Copenhagen, Harwell (UK), Zurich, Singapore and Perth (Australia), where both projects and competence teams connect our colleagues.

You will join our team in Singapore, which is categorised by a supporting and unpretentious environment.

Description:

We expect you to have an educational background mechanical, chemical, energy engineering or similar. If you had courses or projects in thermal engineering, process design or similar it will be an advantage, but we expect that we will do more on-the-job training. If you have an understanding of commercial and financial aspects, it will be an advantage. Further your verbal and written skills must be very good, and it is expected that you document this in your motivated application.

You will be assisting the project team in various projects and initiatives in all phases of energy from waste projects, including feasibility studies, due diligence, project development, liaison with financial and legal advisors, procurement and contracting of projects as well as construction and commissioning.

You will also be assisting in development of new projects with preparation of sales presentations, analysis of client and client needs, preparation of proposals, market analysis and similar.

This job offers you a good opportunity to develop your interest within the area of major renewable energy projects. The tasks will cover various technical areas, allowing for broad professional development in energy and resource recovery from waste.
