Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to review existing guest touch-points and identify opportunities to digitalise them via ASR app, self-service kiosks or new digital platforms or RPA
- Assist to review existing operations/ back-of-house/ staff touch-points and identify opportunities to optimise them through digitalisation or RPA
- Assist to source and/or research potential solutions or vendors for identified opportunities for digitalisation or RPA
- Assist in project management and rollout of solutions
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Analyst, Business, Hospitality, IT, Info Systems or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Individual who is analytical, detailed and possess a strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player who is also a self-starter.
- Work/academic experience in the following areas will be an advantage: Project management roles, Hospitality, Mobile app development, RPA development, Business.
