Job Description
Responsibilities
Design, propose, and implement scalable automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, with a clear understanding of use cases and return on investment (ROI)
Test and document solutions, including creating and maintaining technical documentation
Support the Project Manager and collaborate with external vendors to maintain and enhance existing systems
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project implementations
Research and report on industry trends, AI advancements, and digital tools relevant to commercial management
Recommend new technologies and solutions that align with organizational/business goals
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems/Technology or any other related fields
Strong interest in digital technologies, automation, and process improvement
Good team player with strong communication skills both oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related services
Comfortable with use of Microsoft Power Automate
Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure
