JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support in Digital Media Management: Assist in monitoring and supporting digital content across multiple brands and platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and websites.
- Support in Social Media Research: Monitor social media trends, audience conversations, competitor activities and emerging content formats to identify potential content opportunities.
- Support in Performance Analysis: Assist in reviewing content and platform performance, identifying patterns and translating findings into simple, actionable insights.
- Support in Content Ideation: Contribute ideas for social media content, digital formats and experiments based on trends, audience behaviour and platform opportunities.
- Support in AI & Content Innovation: Explore and experiment with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other emerging technologies to support content research, ideation, production and digital media workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
WHO YOU ARE:
- Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, digital content and AI.
- Curious about trends and why certain content performs well.
- Good communication, teamwork and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with AI, design or video editing tools is an added advantage.
