Project Title: Automated Performance Monitoring Dashboard and Data Analytic Tool for Backend Test Manufacturing Operations
Project Description: Backend test manufacturing generates large volumes of operational data daily. Monitoring key performance metrics such as yield, cycle time, equipment health, and throughput requires manual data consolidation and analysis, which delays engineering response to performance deviations. In this project, the intern will design and develop an automated performance monitoring dashboard and data analytic tool to support the Test Engineering team's daily operational activities. The solution should cover data extraction, processing, visualization and analysis to enable faster engineering response to test floor performance trends. The intern will have the opportunity to learn semiconductor backend test manufacturing processes and memory testing methodologies, and apply programming and data analytics skills to solve real-world manufacturing challenges. The intern will be guided by experienced engineers and have the opportunity to participate in team discussions, gaining practical exposure to how engineering teams collaborate in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

- Design and develop an automated performance monitoring dashboard and data analytic tool (e.g., Python, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
- Implement basic automated alerting for key metric deviations (e.g., yield, cycle time, equipment health)
- Explore the use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate) to enhance or extend automation solutions where applicable
- Tester and handler equipment operating procedures (e.g., Advantest, Mongoose)

- A working automated performance monitoring dashboard with data visualization, analytic and alerting capability
- Project documentation covering dashboard design, user guide, and project summary
