What does the Compliance Team do in ING?

Compliance professionals based in Singapore covering Asia as well as Singapore on various Compliance risk and regulatory topics such as Market Conduct, Financial Economic Crime, Conflicts of Interest, Tax Transparency as well as Behavior, Ethics and Culture. 

What would you be doing?

  • Assist in updating and maintaining local/regional compliance framework/ policies/ procedures, including but not limited to, Individual Accountability and Conduct, and Related Parties Transaction

  • Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) rollout for Compliance policies

  • Assist in rollout of mandatory Compliance trainings

  • Assist the Singapore Compliance team on any ad hoc projects that arises from ordinary course of business
