What you will do:

The Commercial Sales intern will report to Vice President of Commercial Sales and Digital, APAC. In this crucial role, you will track and report on deal performance across APAC, to support assessment in key areas such as outlook at risk or upsides. You will also ensure performance metrics are tracked, analyzed, and communicated effectively to stakeholders.

How you will do it:

  • Work closely with commercial leaders across APAC to drive secured orders at high double digit growth and at profitable margins across all lines of businesses

  • Track and report on deal and order performance across APAC, to support assessment in key areas such as outlook at risk or upsides

  • Regularly update and communicate sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and tracking progress against established metrics.

  • Participate in cadence calls and war room discussions to track sales performance KPIs, ensuring visibility into progress and areas needing attention.

  • Regularly track and analyze the progress of actions taken, and facilitate discussion around KPI performance issues

  • Provide value-added analytics on sales performance by leveraging tools such as Power BI, SFDC etc and help in assisting leadership teams in making informed business decisions aimed at driving sales closures

  • Proactively stay updated on all deals and market changes, demonstrating a keen sense of numbers and a strong attention to detail in all reporting

What we look for:

  • Currently pursuing a Masters in business administration, or analytics

  • Availability for a full-time internship lasting 6 months is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to work across APAC time zones and adapt to tight timelines.
