Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our Business Development (Commercial Management (Singapore)) for an internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to the business development process in the real estate industry, covering asset classes such as retail, office, business parks, industrial, and logistics. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support pipeline generation, market research, and commercial negotiations for consultancy and property management opportunities in Singapore and across the region.
Responsibilities
Support the Business Development team in identifying and generating leads for consultancy and property management agreements.
Conduct research and market analysis on regional markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Australia, to identify opportunities and trends.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update business development databases and trackers to ensure data accuracy.
Participate in internal discussions and strategy sessions, contributing insights from research and analysis.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects typical of a business development function, as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business, Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present market data clearly
Proactive in sourcing information, identifying solutions and opportunities independently
Keen interest in the real estate industry across multiple asset classes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise, compelling materials
Able to work effectively within a team and across departments
Detail-oriented and accurate in research, documentation, and presentation
Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
