What you will do:

As an Analyst intern, you will work closely with the Director of Operational Excellence, SEA and Bid Management, APAC to support our teams by analyzing data, preparing reports, and contributing to projects that improve business performance. Depending on priorities, you may assist with bid preparation and compliance, track KPIs, support quality and fulfilment initiatives, or help solve operational challenges. This role gives you hands-on exposure to both strategic and operational work, helping you build practical skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving.

How you will do it:

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making
  • Contribute to the preparation of bid documents, proposals, and compliance checks
  • Support KPI tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards
  • Support process improvement, identifying gaps and recommending solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish insights and drive actions to improve quality and on-time-delivery performance
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations

What we look for:

  • Pursuing masters / degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Interest in business processes, data analysis, process improvement and problem solving 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
