Job Description  

Learning Experience and Journey:

  • Learn about lyf, its brand strategy and how the brand is activated through different functions, which includes Brand, HR, Operations and Business Development.  
  • Experience, collaborate and observe the interaction of functions during brand execution.  
  • Understand the different typologies that is present within Singapore as well as through on-the-job training.  

Developing skill sets through projects:  

Brand

  • Drive the operation strategy of a brand including defining brand activities calendar, creation of robust plans, identification of potential vendors for engagement.  
  • Assist to curate and develop guidelines for delivering brand promises and collaborating with different level of stakeholders to scale-up the brand.  
  • Research, analyze and evaluate the potential of commercial activities as a brand-building strategy for lyf.  

Recruitment and Talent Attraction

  • Develop brand assets and tactical plans for talent acquisition and development in line with brand standards and lyf digital strategy.  
  • Support ad hoc projects which focus on developing the brand within existing and new projects.  

Job Requirements:  

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business  
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and people-oriented  
  • Innovative and creative team player who is also independent and a self-starter – ability to navigate a dynamic organization.  
  • Demonstrates accountability and thrives in complex environments while effectively managing numerous tasks  
  • Self-motivated and energetic
