Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to member enquiries received via the Ascott Star Reward (ASR) member enquiry mailbox
- Work closely with different tech departments to troubleshoot system-related issues and errors arising from member enquiries
- Provide support to ASR HQ global campaigns including promotion set-up, content updates on website and mobile app
- Perform rate parity checks and follow-up with Clusters to drive Ascott's direct distribution strategy
- Provide support to the project managers when required
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoints and Excel
- Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator would be a plus
- Detailed oriented, organised and able to resolve difficult situations calmly
- Comfortable with communicating with different teams and be in a customer-facing role
- Open to learn new systems (CRM, AEM, RMS etc.) to perform tasks as required
