Support the Brand Consulting team on projects across sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and content. Assist event planning and on-site execution (logistics, vendor coordination), conduct desk research, support client servicing and business development tasks, and provide ad hoc team assistance. Main Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Assisting the Brand Consulting team in the execution of upcoming projects across sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and content
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of event operations, including but not limited to coordination of logistics, vendor management, and on-the-ground execution
- Availability to support events and project deliverables outside standard business hours, including occasional weekend work, as required
- Conducting desk research to support brand and client servicing and business development initiatives
- Providing ad hoc support across broader team functions as required
Requirements and Qualifications:
- An undergraduate/recent graduate of any discipline (marketing/sports background a plus)
- Strong work ethic, organised and detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player, with a “can-do” attitude
- Passionate about sports, entertainment, culture, and talent/influencer marketing is a plus
- Well-versed with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) on both Microsoft and Apple interfaces
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or any other Asian. Language is a plus
- Minimum commitment of 6 months will be ideal
