We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader within the Global Payments & Liquidity organization to lead our industry teams focused on delivering value to our Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions. This leader will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, foster client relationships, provide industry representation and deliver innovative solutions to our clients in this segment.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of FI Product Solutions Specialists. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader within the Global Payments & Liquidity organization to lead our industry teams focused on delivering value to our Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions. This leader will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, foster client relationships, provide industry representation and deliver innovative solutions to our clients in this segment.
In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate experience leading and solutioning across key product lines relevant for this client segment, servicing a broad range of clients.
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of PSSs, providing guidance and support to achieve engagement and pipeline objectives.
- Be a driving element of product development strategy and deliverables.
- Develop and execute strategic solutions to drive revenue growth and expand share of client wallets.
- In partnership with the GPL sales organization, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Cultivate and grow a team of deep product subject matter experts that understand our client's problems and can articulate solutions.
- Develop thought leadership content that is relevant for our clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies to uphold ethical standards and mitigate risk within the sales function.
- Represent the company at industry events, conference and client meetings to promote our brand and enhance our reputation as a truster advisor in global payments and liquidity.
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced leadership within GPL
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 10+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- 8+ years of Treasury Management or Global Payments experience
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week
