Manage end-to-end client onboarding for the APAC Markets Sales team, including document collection, account opening, platform configuration, static data, collateral and credit setup, and coordination with Operations, Negotiation, Compliance, Legal, Tax, and other stakeholders. Track onboarding milestones, resolve exceptions, identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and support policy implementation projects while ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance.

Supports Treasury Management consultants in the APAC Banks segment by researching client and prospect information, coordinating onboarding and implementation, analyzing processes, recommending solutions, and presenting findings. The role partners with internal stakeholders and external clients, supports complex accounts, and contributes to payments, liquidity, and correspondent banking activities. Strong communication, sales support, business-to-business sales acumen, and English proficiency are required. An additional local language is preferred.

Provide operational support to APAC interest rates, credit, MBS, FX and repo trading desks. Review and monitor trades and life-cycle events, assist P&L generation and pricing curve maintenance, perform daily reconciliations and break resolution, support product enablement and migrations, and collaborate with global partners on ad-hoc tasks.

Manage APAC cash management operations, including nostro account monitoring, liquidity forecasting, funding transfers, settlement support, Treasury reporting, reconciliations, controls, audits, risk escalation, and process improvements. The role partners with Treasury, Operations, Network Management, and global teams while overseeing BAU activities, service-level compliance, governance, workforce planning, and regional projects.

Leads control management for Asia Pacific Commercial and Investment Banking Operations. Identifies, assesses, and mitigates operational risks; advises business leaders on risk strategies and controls; manages RCSA, operational risk event analysis, issues management, governance, reporting, and incident remediation. The role oversees regional control coverage, coordinates with global BCM teams, monitors control effectiveness, supports change initiatives, and provides executive-level insights on risks, exposures, and trends.
