Front-line incident commander for CCIBT: triage and coordinate major incidents, drive platform and application engagement, run war rooms, track milestones and risks, maintain incident logs and handoffs, deliver executive communications, and improve detection, automation, and tooling.

Lead APAC execution of Wells Fargo's international third party program: assess materiality and reportability of third party arrangements, manage outsourcing registers and regulatory submissions, drive governance reporting, engage APAC stakeholders and risk partners, support framework enhancements and process improvements, and represent APAC requirements in cross-functional forums.

Provide end-to-end, high-availability support for Rates and FX trading platforms. Lead high-severity incident triage on the trading floor, perform root-cause analysis, support front-office users in real time, drive cross-regional follow-the-sun support strategy, and mentor team members to improve application stability and deliver technical standards.
