Project Description:

As an Intern - AI/DA Engineer, you will be part of the team to define, develop and improve the data traceability and analysis to support quality control and yield improvement through AI/automation solution. In this project, a process dashboard needs to be developed for data analytics and process optimization to improve overall quality.

1) Learn Module/SSD assembly process includes Surface Mount Technology.

2) Learn Printing, Pick & Place and Depanel process

3) Learn the systems related to SMT process
Project Assignment:
Part of the team to develop automation/AI solution for SMT assembly process dashboard includes build details such as process parameter, material and durable.
Deliverables:

• Able to understand Surface mount technology process and operation.
• Able to understand the Module/SSD product related information
• Able to understand SMT-related systems such as SAP, BOM, Sigma and CTS.
• Develop a process dashboard successfully with minimum commonality study.

Course: Data analytics related courses, i.e. Engineering, computer science

Skillset Require: Python, C++

Duration period: min 5 months (Semester Internship from January 2025 to May 2025)
