Assist the Aftersales Director and the Aftersales team in the following areas:
• Support general Aftersales projects and strategic initiatives
• Prepare presentations and documents for internal and external stakeholders
• Create, verify, and further develop Aftersales reports for internal and external use
• Monitor Aftersales quality processes and key performance indicators
• Handle and coordinate operational inquiries from Porsche importers
• Support cross-functional coordination with departments such as Sales, Marketing and Business Development


Requirements

• Study in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other relevant studies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools is a plus
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
• Team-oriented working attitude and good intercultural understanding
• Past internship experience preferred
