JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to support the Singapore office’s day-to-day operations and upcoming office relocation project. This role provides hands-on exposure to vendor coordination and administrative management in a dynamic, multinational company environment. You will work closely with the Office Manager and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Facilities, and vendors) to ensure the smooth execution of the office move while maintaining essential daily operations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Office Relocation Project
- Oversee the activities related to office relocation such as packing, labeling, inventory of furniture, equipment and supplies.
- Communicate with vendors (movers, cleaning, etc.).
- Prepare documentation and maintain records for reinstatement, quotations and approvals.
- Assist in setting up the new office (e.g. signage, supplies). General Administrative Support
- Support daily office operations, including ordering supplies and managing deliveries.
- Help with event coordination and staff engagement activities.
- Assist in maintaining vendor invoices.
- Take on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a proactive and learning mindset.
