Intercompany Operations Manager based in Singapore

The Intercompany Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end intercompany Order-to-Cash operations for International Region, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of orders across internal entities. This hands-on leadership role manages a team of Intercompany Operations Specialists and acts as the key coordination point across Network Planning, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and GDC operations to deliver service excellence, operational control, and financial accuracy. The role also supports process transformation, technology adoption, ERP initiatives, and a culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.

What will you be doing?

Lead end-to-end intercompany order creation, processing, and product allocation based on country-specific batch attributes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant order fulfilment across internal entities.

  • Manage order exceptions, blocks, EDI issues, and master data challenges to maintain uninterrupted order flow and strong operational control.
  • Drive OTIF and LIFR performance by monitoring backlog, open orders, and allocation constraints, while leading structured root cause analysis and service recovery actions.
  • Partner with Network Planning to support closed-loop order management and S&OE processes, highlighting execution risks and aligning demand, supply, and fulfilment decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and GDC operations to resolve issues affecting product release, shipment execution, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Ensure transfer pricing accuracy, billing data integrity, audit readiness, and strong governance across intercompany financial processes.
  • Collaborate with logistics and GDC teams to prioritize critical shipments, balance cost and service, and enable timely decisions on expedites and allocation trade-offs.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and operational reporting to track cycle time, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and service performance, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Act as an SME for intercompany processes in ERP and transformation initiatives, improving workflows, automation, and data quality across systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Kinaxis Planning, and Business Objects.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Intercompany Specialists while fostering accountability, problem-solving, continuous learning, and a culture of Operational Excellence.
  • To always act in a responsible manner to avoid risk to self or to the company and comply
  • with the workplace safety and health and security policy.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 7 years in Order-to-Cash or Supply Chain operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience in intercompany order management, cross-functional execution, and process improvement
  • Medical Device or Healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong intercompany and O2C process knowledge
  • Power BI and ERP reporting experience
