Leads end-to-end supply chain operations across ASEAN markets, including planning, inventory, logistics, customer fulfillment, compliance, transformation, and operational excellence. Develops a scalable regional operating model, improves resilience and business continuity, partners with commercial and functional leaders, and supports emerging-market growth. Builds and coaches high-performing multicultural teams while strengthening succession planning, collaboration, and regional capabilities.

Manages APAC inventory, replenishment, safety stock, allocation, vendor-managed inventory, master data, and supply chain reporting. Analyzes demand and inventory data, supports S&OE meetings, monitors service levels, and recommends inventory policy changes. The role requires collaboration with markets, vendors, global planners, and management to optimize supply, reduce excess and obsolescence, and support critical product allocation.

Manage and maintain material master data in SAP, Syndigo, and related systems across the product lifecycle. Process new material creation, changes, pricing, vendor updates, phase-outs, purchasing records, and intercompany data. Coordinate product catalogue publication, data quality reporting, dashboards, customer data integrations, ticket resolution, governance, SOPs, and process improvements across ANZ stakeholders.

Manage surgical case bookings, customer orders, billing, quotations, product availability, and logistics coordination for healthcare customers and Sales teams. Provide telephone and email support, maintain accurate SAP records, resolve service and booking issues, manage customer expectations, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, escalate fulfilment risks, and support quality and complaint processes. The role also contributes to process improvements and supplier relationships.

Supports international supply chain operations through demand and supply planning, inventory monitoring, KPI dashboard development, performance analysis, process improvement, SAP master data governance, UAT, and system enhancements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on logistics, procurement, product introductions, pricing updates, documentation, and SOP development while supporting data governance and quality requirements.

Coordinates surgical case bookings, customer orders, billing, quotations, product availability, logistics, and delivery information. Supports hospitals, customers, sales teams, warehouses, carriers, and internal stakeholders through timely communication and accurate transaction processing. Maintains SAP records, resolves booking and service issues, manages customer expectations, escalates fulfillment risks, supports complaints and quality processes, and helps improve operational performance.
